Anything Can Happen Mystery Program

Children in grades 1-3 are invited to the library on Wednesdays, June 21 and 28 at 10:00 a.m. for a surprise program. Each program may include stories, crafts, science activities, and more! Stop at the Children’s Desk and receive a pass for the mystery program. A limited number of passes will be handed out 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the event.


Internet for Beginners II

On Thursday, June 22 at 2:00 p.m., our Guiding Ohio Online AmeriCorps member will present the second portion of the Internet for Beginners series.

In this class, participants will learn the basics of using a search engine, how to find information on a webpage, and ways to locate the contact information of the website’s creator or organization.

Build & Create!

Saturday, June 24

Families compete in in building and creating challenges in this all-day event. Participants can challenge themselves and others using the supplied materials and their imagination. Materials will vary each month and may include straws, blocks, paper, foam, looms, and more. No registration required.


Microsoft Excel I

Monday, June 26

Participants will learn how to create and edit spreadsheets using basic formulas and formatting tools in Microsoft Excel. Mouse and keyboard skills are required for this class. Registration required.

Gaming Club

On the second and fourth Monday of every month
6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Join us for board games, role playing games, and collectible card games.Teens and adults are welcome, and families with younger children should feel free to participate as well. No registration is required.


Summer Lunch Program

June 5-August 18
The Summer Food Service Program was established to ensure that low-income children continue to receive nutritious meals when school is not in session. Free meals, that meet Federal nutrition guidelines, are provided to all children 18 years old and under.
