Patriotic Make-it Take-it Craft

In celebration of Memorial Day, Reed Memorial Library invites children of all ages to create a patriotic craft.
Crafters can come and go during this make-and-take craft program.
No registration is necessary.

E-Books Test Drive

E-book Test Drive Sessions (by appointment)

Reed Memorial Library is offering one-on-one lessons on how to download digital library materials. We have a variety of devices on hand, but participants can also bring their own (Nook, Kindle, iPad, etc). Appointment times are as follows:
April-June
Mondays: 7-8 p.m.  
Tuesdays:  10-11 a.m.
Wednesdays:  7-8 p.m.
Thursdays: 10-11 a.m.
Alternating Saturdays, starting April 13: 2-3 p.m.
All ages welcome. Registration required.


 

Big Library Read

Join us for the pilot version of Big Library Read! This is an opportunity to unite readers – and loyal library supporters – all over the world around a single eBook. OverDrive and Reed Memorial Library are providing a compelling novel for all to read – with a valid library card, of course.
The Four Corners of the Sky is master storyteller Michael Malone’s novel of love, secrets, and the mysterious bonds of families. This pilot runs from May 15–June 1, and during that time the Big Library Read will be available to enjoy on all major devices, including Kindle and iPad, as well as in the browser via OverDrive Read.
